The hierarchy of our team includes Scott Kuhlkin, our company president. He has been involved in the Charlotte and Lake Wylie NC homebuilding industry for the past 25+ years. He also handles sales and estimating. Our general manager ensures that all standards and procedures are being enforced. Our project coordinator handles all the scheduling, subcontracts, special orders and works directly with the client on selections. Each job has a project manager on site everyday handling the day-to-day operations.

Subcontractors and Suppliers

We have access, accounts and existing relationships with hundreds of subcontractors and suppliers. Each subcontractor and supplier is handpicked based on the quality of their work, pricing, and effort to stay on schedule. Most of our subcontractors and suppliers have been with us for many years.

Standards and Procedures

Over the years we have developed and implemented a comprehensive set of standards and procedures. Each project is constructed with these procedures in place. All of our subcontractors are fully insured and required to sign subcontracts for each project. We also use checklists for each phase of the project to ensure the highest level of quality.

Reliability

The owner of the company, Scott Kuhlkin, has lived in the Lake Wylie area for more than 35 years. He is directly involved with each and every project.
